Cosy warmth. Pleasant coolness. Efficient energy.
Comfort and a healthy indoor climate are not a luxury, but cornerstones of a cultivated life.
We combine comfort with energy efficiency and rely on the almost inexhaustible power of nature. With innovative technical products, we keep you warm in winter and make sure you always keep a cool head in summer.
As early as the planning phase, we deliver a tailor-made concept that fits your needs and situation, which we then implement turnkey once you have decided – perfectly coordinated and from a single source.
A complex undertaking, because different technical systems have to be perfectly matched to one another – for the best possible quality of living.
Better informed. Smarter investment.
Even though advising our customers is a top priority for us, we want to give everyone interested in modern heating, ventilation and air-conditioning for private homes the opportunity to find out about the key aspects of a smart investment for themselves.
The redblue energy air heating system
We have specialised in air heating for many years. We modified the technology of the former manufacturer Schrag and developed our own unit with individually programmable controls that meets the highest demands of our customers in HUF houses.
Our WRLrbe unit provides comfortable ventilation, heating and air-conditioning for the building.
A selection of the features of the ComfortV2 model:
- 4 digital, infinitely adjustable speed levels
- remote access via web interface as an app or on a PC
- nominal fan outputs from 600 m³ to 2,400 m³ with 3 different fan motors
- available as a retrofit kit for the existing fan cube or with a new housing
- touch display in the living area with humidity, CO2 and temperature sensors
- CO2-controlled automatic mode for the fresh-air flap and fan speed
- temperature-controlled automatic mode for free night-time cooling
- humidity-controlled operation of a steam humidifier possible
- control of an air-to-air heat pump for heating/cooling possible
- automatic switch-over to a peak-load boiler depending on outside temperature possible
What economic advantages do heat pump systems offer in general?
Compared with conventional heating, the higher investment costs of this system are offset by a number of advantages:
- lower running costs (no fuel to buy, only 1/4 of the final energy is drawn as electricity)
- independence from fossil fuels and therefore from price increases
- no investment in a gas connection or oil storage, chimney, fire protection, etc.
- virtually maintenance-free system
- no inspections by a chimney sweep
- high operational reliability thanks to a closed circuit
- extensive federal and state funding programmes
- special electricity tariffs for heat pump systems
Depending on local conditions, these advantages allow the system to pay for itself quickly, for example compared with gas heating. A heat pump is therefore not only an ecological but also an economic decision.
How does a brine-to-water heat pump work?
The brine (a mixture of antifreeze and water), warmed in the ground, transfers heat energy to the refrigerant in the evaporator. The refrigerant evaporates, the compressor raises the pressure and thus the temperature, so that heat can be transferred to the heating water at the second heat exchanger.
The refrigerant then liquefies again and its pressure is released at the expansion valve. In this way, 75% of the heating energy comes from the ground into your home.
How exactly does underfloor heating work?
Unlike conventional radiators, surface heating systems spread their warmth as gentle radiant heat. The rooms are heated from the floor up. Gentle radiant heat, an even temperature distribution with a constant heat gradient from floor to ceiling and low air velocity are the ingredients of optimal comfort. Heat from radiators, by contrast, increases air velocity.
The room air warms up above the radiators, rises and cools down again at the colder opposite walls. This creates an air roll that carries dust and other particles with it. Underfloor heating, on the other hand, gives off healthy radiant heat without causing major air and dust movement. This is important for allergy sufferers, for example, because dirt particles are not carried around the room without dust circulation. In addition, underfloor heating heats the room air less, so it dries out less. That is gentle on the airways.
